Powerbar Isomax Blood Orange

Powerbar Isomax isotonic sports drink has been developed to support prolonged exercise. It is a carbohydrate-electrolyte solution with added caffeine and L-Arginine (400 mg per serving). L-Arginine falls in the category of amino acids, which are the building blocks of proteins and play an important role in maintaining muscle mass and repairing damaged muscle fibres. Thus, amino acids help prevent muscle breakdown during prolonged exercise. The addition of L-Arginine makes the Isomax sports drink a real endurance drink.

The carbohydrate composition is based on PowerBar's C2MAX formula. This formula contains a 2:1 ratio of glucose and fructose, allowing for a carb intake of up to 90 grams per hour. Furthermore, the Powerbar Isomax isotonic sports drink contains the 5 most essential electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and magnesium), which you lose while sweating but which you need during exercise because they contribute to basic physical functions. The added caffeine (70 mg per serving) can improve concentration. Recommended use: Take 150 - 200 ml of the sports drink every 15 minutes during exercise. Once mixed with water, consume the product within 24 hours.

Recommended dosage: Fill a sports bottle with 750 ml of water. Add 3 measuring spoons of Isomax powder. Shake well. Take 1 such bottle (750 ml) per day.
